Wyndra provides weather and route information for general planning. Forecasts are estimates from third-party models and can be wrong. Do not rely on Wyndra for decisions where errors could affect your safety. Always check official sources and use your own judgment before heading out, especially in remote terrain or severe weather.

Acceptable use

Use Wyndra for your own personal, lawful route planning. Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or upload content you don't have the right to use. We may rate-limit or block usage that threatens the service or the free third-party APIs it depends on.

Your account and data

You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that we need to remove to protect the service. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

No warranty

Wyndra is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be accurate, available, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyndra and its maker aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any decision made based on the weather or route information it provides.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
